The MA Series standard platforms are designed for multi-size adaptability, covering weight measurement needs for small parcels, medium-sized goods, and large items. Suitable for various industry application scenarios, the system supports networked sorting, fast data integration, and flexible deployment. Modular functional components can be optionally configured to enable rapid setup and improve sorting efficiency and accuracy.

Declare Instrument Calibration

1.Manual Calibration 
When the instrument is powered on and self-checking, press the calibration key, and the instrument will display "Pin". Press the calibration key, print/accumulate key, and zero key in sequence. The instrument will display "Unload". At this time, please empty the weighing platform. When the "STABLE" symbol appears on the instrument, press the zero key (confirm key), and the zero point calibration is completed. The instrument will display the weight of the weights to be loaded. Press the print/accumulate key (left shift key), net/gross weight key (right shift key), and tare key (increase key) to adjust to the weight of the weights to be loaded. Then press the zero key (confirm key). At this time, the instrument will display "Load". Place the weights on the weighing platform. When the "STABLE" symbol appears on the instrument, press the zero key (confirm key). The instrument will display "PASS", indicating that the calibration is completed.

2.One-key Calibration 
In the weighing state of the instrument, empty the weighing platform and long-press the calibration key. The instrument will automatically enter the calibration state, and the buzzer will beep once, indicating that the zero point has been automatically calibrated. When the instrument displays "L 10.00", place a 10KG weight on the weighing platform. The instrument will display "PASS" and the buzzer will beep once, indicating that the calibration is completed.
